JSC "Gangas" implements the project "Design and introduction of new VIVI products to the market" no. 13.1.1-LVPA-K-861-01-0523.
The goal of the project is the creation of 6 product designs (product packaging and outer packaging), as well as innovative marketing tools for the electronic space - e-mail. creation of catalog, video reviews, and advertisements for news portals, blogs, social networks.
These design and marketing tools will help the company to grow sales volume and income, to increase exports, thus effectively utilizing the company's production capacity and generating financial returns.
Project start - 2021-12-31, project duration - 12 months.
The project is financed from the European Regional Fund and the state budget of the Republic of Lithuania.

Implementation of B2B customer self-service solution for JSC Gangas
JSC "Gangas" implements the project "Implementation of B2B customer self-service solution JSC Gangas" No. 13.1.1-LVPA-K-861-01-1013.
The goal of the project is to implement an electronic self-service system for the company's B2B customers. After implementing the self-service solution, customers will be able to get to know, choose, order and pay for the company's products remotely, as well as receive payment documents.
The intended result for existing and new customers is faster service, a smoother shopping process, greater customer satisfaction, loyalty and a higher likelihood of repeat purchases. Additional benefits for the company - cost reduction, sales management efficiency.
Project start - 2022-02-23, project duration - 12 months.
